What You Need To Know To Go To Bali!

I’m so excited you’ve made it all the way to this page!
Now is the very best time in the last 30 years to come to Bali! Unbeknownst to me Bali has been a tourist mecca for Asia and Australia for decades. Even though it is open now people are slowly returning. It is wonderful to go to many of the restaurants and attractions and not have to wait in a single line anywhere. This is going to change soon. Bali is too amazing for it not to return to the being the popular travel destination it was prior to the pandemic.
So I hope you plan on joining me on May 25! Below you will find all of the details. Please let me know if you have any questions.
Fees and What is Included:
I am very happy to say that I've been able to keep the cost as low as possible and still stay at very nice hotels, three of them being exquisite beachfront resorts.
I've included all attraction entrance and transportation fees. And still the cost is only $1500 for the entire 10 day experience, or $150 per night!
This includes all hotel and transportation fees between locations, even the boat to the Gili Islands. It includes all meals while we are at Bali Lush, until May 28th. From there it includes all breakfasts, and they are really nice full breakfasts, not just pastry and coffee.
It also includes all attraction entrance fees, going out on a the Pink Coco boat with two guides for snorkeling and swimming with the turtles and all of your equipment to do so. It includes a Balinese guide at the Sepumkul Waterfall and taking a local boat to one of the other Gili Islands.
And, drumroll please, it includes one 90 minute Balinese massage.
What is Not Included:
Airfare, lunches, dinners and beverages after Bali Lush, any additional spa services that are available such as mani/pedi, facial or hot scalp treatment.
It does not include swinging on a Bali swing as I’m not sure everyone would enjoy doing this. It does not include any additional nights lodging should you choose to stay beyond June 4th.
And finally, it does not include shopping and other incidentals at the many fabulous places around Bali and the Gili Islands!
The Currency:
The currency used in Bali is the Indonesian rupiah (IDR) and there are lots of zeros on them! Your debit or credit card are widely accepted most places except at the local traditional Balinese markets.
It will be most convenient for you to go to your local bank and request 3 million IDR, which is approximately $210, plenty of money to shop till you drop in Bali, unless you are looking for expensive jewelry, art, or fancy clothes!
I will help you bargain at the local markets and get the best prices. It’s definitely a fun and exciting experience while in Bali!
Airfare Suggestions:
In order to get the best price for your airline ticket I suggest you go to www.traveloka.com or www.skyscanner.com.
Both of these will take into consideration all of the regional airlines that are perfectly safe and much less expensive.
I flew in on Garuda Airlines and many visitors to Bali fly in on Lion Air and Scoot, just to name a few.
