I want to invite you to join me in creating an epic life, a life that lights you up, where you get to live your best, most fulfilling life, or at least begin the journey to live your best life! 

This is the moment to set aside the time to really think about it and start to define exactly what you want living your life to feel like, look like and be like!

 This is the ultimate of living life on your terms!

 This is frequently a New Year’s activity, but it is absolutely futile to examine one’s life once a year and only in January!

 Now, is the time focus on your life and to rise above all of the hidden, self-imposed limitations and lack of worthiness that have possibly held you back!

 I promise you, now is the time to break a pattern, heal a wound, get rid of someone or something that has been a big toxic overload on you. I promise you, now is the time to break free and begin anew!

 I recently woke up to one of the very best emails I’ve ever received! It brought tears of joy to my eyes! It is from a woman who attended one of my live retreats in Malibu, CA. Here is the email verbatim! I’ve only removed her last name, I’ve even left her cute little emoji’s!

 Read every word and imagine YOU wrote it to me about something YOU really want in your life!

Hi Alicia

I just had the craziest thing happen that I had to share. Your retreat was so amazing and inspiring and empowering and I've carried the experience with me ever since. I was so miserable at my job, so soon after the retreat I applied for jobs and asked for more money than I thought I could ever get. I got an amazing job that starts in 10 minutes!

 I listen to my downloaded music shuffled on my phone all the time when I'm driving. Well today, for the first time ever, right as I'm pulling into the parking lot of this new job all of a sudden it starts playing the angel walk recording we did. I've listened to probably 100 hours of music since the retreat and it's never played before. I'm looking for parking at this new job and all I'm hearing is the whispers of how I'm worth it, how I deserve great things etc. I'm crying in my car right now. That was incredibly profound. Wow! I'm stunned that it just played.

 I am so so grateful to you and thank you for pushing me in the direction I needed to go to get to a new job. You are a gift and I feel so blessed to have been part of the retreat and look forward to many more retreats!!!

 Most people never take the time to design their life. The problem is, if you are not living your life by design, you are living it by default, and that’s never good.

 When you live your life by default you are likely to accept as truth the lifetime of lies you’ve been told and lies you’ve told yourself

.It isn’t until we stop and closely examine our desired life compared to the life we are living that we can see these lies and the damage they’ve created and move beyond them. 

 Over the years I’ve learned to look at choices and options for my life according to how they make me feel.

 When I think of an option or choice I ask myself, does this feel LIGHT, BRIGHT, and EXPANSIVE? And does it CREATE MORE JOY AND FULFILLMENT IN MY LIFE?

 Or, does this choice or option feel HEAVY, DARK, and RESTRICTIVE? And does it CREATE MORE DESPAIR AND SADNESS IN MY LIFE? 

 Socrates once said, “An unexamined life is not worth living.” He was referring to living a life where you live under the rules of others, fearful of doing it differently than is acceptable to the people around you, and living in a monotonous routine without ever examining what you actually want out of life.

 Fear is a powerful destroyer of dreams. And until we stop and set aside time to shine a light in the dark recesses of our minds and excavate our fears, they will silently stop us from living our dreams!

 I invite you to join me on the first Sunday of every month as I support you in examining and getting exactly what YOU want out of your life.
